I’ve spent most of my career as a Marketing Executive, balancing demanding work schedules with family life and the occasional personal time squeeze. For years, I managed to juggle it all—until midlife hit and my health, which I had always taken for granted, began to slip. Realizing I needed a change, I dove into the world of wellness, becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, a Metabolic Balance Coach and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. That journey allowed me to reclaim my vitality—and it sparked a passion for helping other women do the same.
